The festive season is here and now is the time to plan ahead to ensure your healthcare isn’t put on hold these holidays.

Evercare is here to support your healthcare this holiday season.
Our Clayfield and Redcliffe clinics will be open every day over the festive season, except for the following public holidays:
- Thursday 25 December – Christmas Day – CLOSED
- Friday 26 December – Boxing Day – CLOSED
- Thursday 1 January – New Years Day – CLOSED
Evercare Mitchelton will be taking a short break, with the last day on Tuesday 23 December and reopening on Wednesday 7 January.
Some of our doctors will also be taking a well-deserved break over the festive season.
If you know you need to see your doctor over this period, we encourage you to book in advance.
Booking across Evercare clinics available now on the app
Even if your nominated GP is away or unavailable, Evercare members are now able to book with another GP across clinics, either in person or via telehealth.
New app functionality means members can book across all Evercare clinics via the Evercare app. Make sure you have the latest version downloaded to access this functionality.
Remember, members can also message with our nurse practitioner every day (excluding public holidays) via the app between 7:30am – 7:30pm.
These are just two of the ways we’re making sure members can still access healthcare when you need it this holiday season.
