Existing Patients
Please use the Evercare mobile app for fast replies that are specific to your situation. You can:
- Schedule an appointment, either in-clinic or via telehealth.
- Request services like script repeats, referrals or medical certificates, which are promptly reviewed by your doctor and care team.
- Engage with your care team via message in the app and receive a response within 2 hours, available 7:30am-7:30pm, seven days a week (excluding public holidays).
- Tell us about anything you need help with using messages.
