It’s easy to contact Evercare, right when you need it. Please find the heading below that is relevant to you:

Existing Patients

Please use the Evercare mobile app for fast replies that are specific to your situation. You can:

  1. Schedule an appointment, either in-clinic or via telehealth.
  2. Request services like script repeats, referrals or medical certificates, which are promptly reviewed by your doctor and care team.
  3. Engage with your care team via message in the app and receive a response within 2 hours, available 7:30am-7:30pm, seven days a week (excluding public holidays).
  4. Tell us about anything you need help with using messages.
