Doctors at Evercare cap their patient numbers to ensure that they have time to respond to you. As a member, you’ll get priority service and healthcare right when you need it.
Fast response time
Your healthcare team will respond to in-app chat requests within 2 hours on Monday – Sunday from 7:30am to 7:30pm. For all those times you have a medical question out of standard hours.

Adult Memberships
An adult membership at Evercare costs just $45 a month and you can add all children under 16 years old to your account for free!
Provided you have Medicare for your family, there will be no gap fees for regular GP appointments. Your Practitioner will charge you a fee for each consultation, which is equal to the scheduled Medicare benefit, and this fee will be refunded in full by Medicare leaving you with no out of pocket fees for each consultation. Children under 16 will be bulk billed.
What this means in real terms, is that an adult and all their kids under 16 can visit the GP for only $45 out of pocket each month! Coupled with the fast access to appointments and ongoing support, this is an offer that provides families not only great value, but peace of mind.
You’ll be able to manage yours and your children’s healthcare through the Evercare app allowing you to book and change appointments, access scripts, documents and results as well as chat with a nurse and make simple requests straight to your GP and Care Team.
Whilst you’re a member at Evercare, we hold your spot on your chosen Doctor’s patient list so that they will always have time for you. Please note that you can choose to pause your membership at any time, however pausing your adult membership will automatically pause your free childrens’ memberships too. There is a chance you won’t be able to see the same doctor when you come back if their patient books are full, however you can choose another doctor at the clinic. Can I add more than one child to my adult account for free?
Yes, provided you are their parent or carer and have an active Evercare membership, you can add multiple children to your adult account for free.
How do I add my child to my account?
Existing members can easily add their children to their existing account. Simply open the Evercare app, click in the top right to view your account and select “Membership”. From here you can add a dependent. If you need assistance, contact Concierge on 07 3608 1400.
My child is a member of Evercare and I’d like to join too, how do I do this?
Please contact Concierge who will be able to assist with adding you as a member and ensuring your child is free. We appreciate your patience as we implement these changes. You can reach concierge on 07 3608 1400, in person at the clinic, or in the app (tap messaging).
What happens if I have previously being paying for a child membership at Evercare?
Children under 16 will be automatically switched to a free account from 1st July 2024. If your child is over 16 they will be classified as a Young Adult from 1st August 2024. Take a look at our full pricing here.
