To qualify for our money-back guarantee, please note the following conditions:

• You must notify Evercare of your cancellation within 15 days of joining.
• You should not have had more than 2 consultations with Evercare practitioners during these 15 days.
• This guarantee is a one-time offer and cannot be used multiple times.
• If you decide to rejoin Evercare in the 3 months after cancelling, an administration fee may apply.
• This guarantee covers the membership fee you were charged at the time of joining, up to a maximum of $45 per person. It does not apply to charges related to consultations with a healthcare professional (which are typically reimbursed by Medicare).
