Kids aged 0-15 can now access a free health membership when they are added to a paying adult membership at Evercare. Choose a GP and get started now.
Our free kids’ membership, will make Evercare even more affordable for families and provides all of the amazing Evercare benefits including:
- Fast access to GP appointments (same or next day)
- Unlimited, no-gap fee appointments each month
- A handy app to manage appointments, scripts and documents
- Access nurse support from 7:30am – 7:30pm, 7 days a week (excluding public holidays) through the app
- Fast requests to your care team (like repeat scripts, pathology request forms, medical certificates and more).
These changes are helpful to bring our pricing in line with Medicare’s age settings and will assist families to ensure their children can receive priority medical care. Children under 16 will be bulk billed at the time of their appointment.

At Evercare you’ll have a GP and Care Team who know your medical history. You can build a relationship with an available GP whom the kids know and love.
Your doctor makes time for you
Doctors at Evercare cap their patient numbers to ensure that they have time to respond to you. As a member, you’ll get priority service and healthcare right when you need it.
Fast response time
Your healthcare team will respond to in-app chat requests within 2 hours on Monday – Sunday from 7:30am to 7:30pm. For all those times you have a medical question out of standard hours.

Telehealth and in clinic
Only visit the clinic when you need to. Book a telehealth or in clinic appointment to suit your needs, or ask a question of your care team via chat.
Adult Memberships
An adult membership at Evercare costs just $45 a month and you can add all your children to your account for free. Provided you have Medicare for your family, there will be no gap fees for regular GP appointments. This means that your Doctor will charge you a fee for each consultation, which is equal to the scheduled Medicare benefit (in person or via telehealth or phone). This fee will be refunded in full by Medicare (provided you are eligible for Medicare) leaving you with no out of pocket fees. children under 16 will be bulk billed.
You’ll be able to manage your and your childrens’ healthcare through the Evercare app allowing you to book and change appointments, access scripts, documents and results as well as chat with a nurse and make simple requests straight to your GP.
Please note that you can choose to pause your membership at any time, however pausing your adult membership will automatically pause your childrens’ membership too. As doctors at Evercare cap their patient numbers, there is a chance you won’t be able to see the same doctor when you come back. Can I add more than one child to my adult account for free?
Yes, provided you are their parent or carer and have an active Evercare membership, you can add multiple children to your adult account for free.
How do I add my child to my account?
Existing members can easily add their children to their existing account. Simply open the Evercare app, click in the top right to view your account and select “Membership”. From here you can add a dependent. If you need assistance, contact Concierge on 07 3608 1400.
My child is a member of Evercare and I’d like to join too, how do I do this?
Please contact Concierge who will be able to assist with adding you as a member and ensuring your child is free. We appreciate your patience as we implement these changes. You can reach concierge on 07 3608 1400, in person at the clinic, or in the app (tap messaging).
What happens if I have previously being paying for a child membership at Evercare?
Children under 16 will be automatically switched to a free account from 1st July 2024. If your child is over 16 they will be classified as a Young Adult from 1st August 2024. Take a look at our full pricing here.
