At Evercare, we understand how important it is to get quick answers when it comes to your family’s health. Families with kids have constant questions like “does my baby need medication?” or “should I send my unwell tween to school?” or “does this wound need stitching?” and we know you need fast answers and treatment.
That’s why Evercare has been designed to give you priority access to a regular GP and care team in a family medical centre. Your family can get to know your GP and have peace of mind knowing you can be treated by a trusted face. Our doctors cap their patient numbers which means they have appointments available for you and when you just have a quick question, we can get you the answers you need.
GPs are supported by our care team with extended hours chat available through the app (7:30am – 7:30pm, seven days a week, excluding public holidays) so you can look after your family without the wait. Our new state of the art family medical centre is located in Brisbane’s northside in Clayfield when you need it, but if you don’t need to come in, your doctor will happily consult with patients via telehealth. And if your doctor is off duty, a fill in doctor can review your record and pick up where your regular GP left off.

Our unique 30 day care model gives you flexibility in how you manage your family’s health. Join Evercare for one month as and when the need arises, or maintain an ongoing membership to guarantee a place on your chosen GP’s patient list.
Parents and care givers can easily add a dependent child to your account OR set up a separate account for your young adult to access directly if they want some privacy. You can also add parents to your account as dependents if you want to manage their healthcare for them.

For our Family knowing that I am going to be able to get an appointment on the day that I am needing is a big one for me, I will probably be more inclined to seek medical advice sooner. Also the one off payment each month is beneficial, what we pay a month for the 5 of us at the moment is less than what we would be charged for a general appointment at another clinic.

How much does Evercare cost?
Evercare has a monthly membership fee of $45 for adults and $35 for concession card holders. Children under 16 are free when linked to a paid parent’s account or $22 a month without a paid parent membership. Young Adults aged 16- 21 years are $22 a month. Concession cards accepted are a Pensioner Concession Card, a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card or a Health Care Card. The concession card must be presented for verification in clinic at your first appointment.
The membership fee allows us to provide you with priority access to a regular GP who will offer you no gap consultations and who caps their patient numbers to ensure you can receive fast, professional care. We also provide you with access to a care team and all the functionality of the app. Using Evercare, you will access unlimited standard GP consultations with full reimbursement from Medicare.
At the time of your appointment (telehealth or in clinic) your designated payment method will be charged the standard Medicare rate for your consultation. Within 24 -48 hours this amount will be refunded in full by Medicare (to the bank account you have provided them), leaving you with no-gap fees for standard consultations.

Can my kids join Evercare?
Yes! Dependent children can be added to an adult member’s account in our app. Kids under 16 years can be added to a paying parent’s account for free and receive all the same benefits as an adult! This is managed through the adult’s account. If you wish to sign up your child without them being linked to a paid parent account, the monthly fee will be $22 a month (inc GST). Young Adults aged 16- 20 years pay $22 membership and can either have their own account or be part of their parent’s account. From 21 years, the standard adult rate applies.
Can I add my elderly parents to my account?
Yes, members can use the same process that allows you to add your children, to add elderly parents/relatives. This can be done directly in the Evercare app. This means the dependent’s account will be managed via the primary account holder’s login. Any dependents aged 21 and over will be charged at the standard Evercare adult rate of $45 per month including GST.
