Evercare is open 7 days a week and has same and next day appointments available for patient’s immediate medical needs. If you want a doctor’s appointment fast,  start with Evercare now and you can make your first GP appointment straight away.

If you’re a new patient, we recommend that you come into our Clayfield clinic, on Brisbane’s northside for your first appointment which means you won’t have any out of pocket fees (just your low membership fee). Once you have seen your doctor and are telehealth eligible, you can choose to come into clinic or do telehealth consultations as it suits.

Immediate Telehealth Appointments

Anyone can enjoy access to Evercare’s telehealth service; however, you will only receive a Medicare rebate for telehealth appointments if you meet the following criteria:

• You have a valid Medicare card; and,
• • You have seen one of the doctors at Evercare (in person) within the last 12 months (NB this could have been at Evercare or at their previous practice); or,
  • You suspect you are COVID positive, the appointment is for an infant under 12 months or for mental health reasons.
    OR
• If your appointment is with a nurse practitioner

If you are not eligible for Medicare telehealth rebates, you can still access our telehealth service, you just won’t receive a rebate to offset the cost. In this case, simply book an appointment (and pay your membership fee of $45 or less) and you will pay the out of pocket fee for your consultation at the time of your appointment. For example, a standard consultation is $41.40.

We’re a Little Bit Different

Evercare is a little bit different from the telehealth-only providers you may have come across.

At Evercare, the doctor you see in our northside Brisbane clinic will be available for future visits AND you can choose to see them via telehealth. In fact, during one of your first appointments, your doctor will complete a Baseline Health Check so they can get a full picture of where you are at and be across your healthcare needs.

Also, our membership fee doesn’t just cover your first appointment, it covers your healthcare for the whole month. That includes unlimited in clinic visits with no out of pocket fees, your telehealth visits (at no additional costs if medicare eligible), access to your care team via in app message, and a handy app to manage your healthcare.

We also have a unique, custom built app to make it easy for you to manage your healthcare. Book and manage appointments, access your scripts and medical documents, plus message your care team directly through the app. You can even make quick requests for things like script repeats and referrals!

Our Pricing

Evercare is offering patients a fixed monthly price for all of your general practice needs. For just $45 a month (or $1.50 a day) you will have priority access to a regular GP, same or next day appointments, unlimited no-gap standard appointments, all the features on the Evercare App (including script and medical requests, messaging etc) and access to a brand new, state of the art medical centre. Concession card holders will get the same services for $35 a month. If a paid adult wants to add a dependent child under 16, they can be added for FREE!(when linked to a paying parent account). Children under 16 not linked to a paid parent account and Young Adults aged 16-21 will be $22 a month.

Please note, at the time of your appointment (telehealth or in clinic) your designated payment method will be charged the standard Medicare rate for your consultation. Within 24 hours this amount will be refunded in full by Medicare leaving you with no-gap fees for standard consultations.
